We are an Integrated Textile Manufacturing and Finishing Industry.
We are looking for a candidate with the following profile :
Position :Manager, Steam Generators and Thermal Heating Equipment
Profile :
To lead a team of local Indonesian staff around 50 people, the highest
qualification of these team members is School Gratuation in Technical
Discipline.
Job Requirement
A
To organise, operation and periodic preventive maintenance of Heat Generation
Equipment consisting of
2 nos. steam generators,3.82 MPa, 50 ton per hour, 450 deg superheat,
coal fired, circulating fluidised bed type.
with related coal handling and ash handling system.
These boilers supply steam to a single 15 MW Steam Turbine,
10,500 V,3000 RPM, Extraction / Condensing type.
1 no. steam generator 1.25 MPa, 20 ton per hour ,saturated steam,
circulating fluidised bed type.
1 no. Thermic Fluid Heater, 6 Million KCal per hour at 350 deg Celsius.
B
To co-ordinate with the Manager, Turbine and Electrical Systems so as
to target a nonstop economic production of Electricity on a 355 x 24 x 7 days basis.
The Equipment is from Main Land China. Experience in spares procurement from
China would be preferrable.
Knowledge of Turbine Operation would be an added advantage.
Knowledge of Spoken Indonesian Language would greatly help in
Knowledge of Mandarin Language is desirable.
The Position is on a permanent basis.
