I may be able to help. my email: generalblr1@netzero.net Can you provide more info on the system as lbs/hr required, fuel... more specific design. I never tried it but it can be done. Larger boilers exist as are the ones operating on supercritical pressures. Even a small unit will be quite costly. Also you will be injecting hot water and not liquid steam even if the weight is the same at the pressure and temperature.
