Low feed water temperature means more heat is required to raise the water temperature once in the boiler, then more heat is required to raise this to saturated steam thus leaving less avaiable heat in the boiler to superheat the steam resulting in a lower superheated steam temperature.

Sir
But opposite is the case with drum type boilers where low bfw temperature leads to high superheated steam temperature.

Your question should include with a constant firing rate.
In a normal boiler this would mean less steam was boiled in the furnace so feed flow would reduce and the amount of steam in the superheater would reduce and therefore the reduced flow would be hotter.

In a once through boiler the steam flow is alway equal to the feed flow if it goes in cooler it comes out cooler. the length of tube required to boil the steam is longer so the amount left to heat the steam is shorter

High Sulfite Residual
By: Ross. [390]

First, I want to say that large amounts of Sodium Sulfite NaSO3 becomes a contaminate because it will produce foaming and other problems, but foaming is the primary problem.

Your 500-psi Water Tube Boiler is seems to have reasonable level of residual Sodium Sulfite NaSO3 remaining in the boiler water. Nice pH too.

Your 300-psi Waste Heat Recovery Boiler has twice what I would expect for Sodium Sulfite NaSO3 at ranging 80-ppm to 100-ppm. pH is good so you are getting a good yield.
